I was told that our glutes are the main stabilizer of our knees - NOT our quads. (??)

Much relief after going through this stuff kzbin.infoUgkx-ip-9JdKgYMhubLnEjt3OXJkFyS4D2Jd Stress no doubt affects my blood sugar levels. Taking a walk usually help bring them down. Eating sweets is not my favorite, but if i take a large portion of them, my blood sugar level rises high. I think it's the high concentration of the glucose flowing into the bloodstream all at once. This is a lesson worth taking note of. This is a great material to learn from.

Outstanding presentation! Thank you so much. It was more comprehensive and helpful than any doctor or PT I’ve been to in the last ten months of suffering from my dual knee pain.

I have joint hypermobility syndrome and my lower body looks like the picture at 9:28. I have scoliosis too and my knees partially dislocate and give way when I walk. Pretty sure I'm screwed lol
