They don't have the poison bite like centipedes, though. Saying he's "a millipede on my feet, Muhammad Ali" most likely means he's very fast on his feet, like Elie says. That is also a metaphor for how quick-witted Ren is and skilled in his craft. Muhammad Ali was known for being very fast while boxing, dancing around his opponents so it was very hard to hit him. He even had a famous quote he said about himself, "Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee" - butterflies can be hard to catch, and when Ali punched an opponent, it hurt - a lot. So, Ren is extremely nimble in his word play, and when you hear it, it packs a lot of power.
