Thank you so much for taking the time to make this video! Very helpful! How much space did you leave inside the metal frame for your window? Did you leave a little bit of a gap for some wiggle room during installation, or did you build it to the exact dimensions of the window frame? Did you put silicone in between the window and the metal frame? Thank you so much.

Thanks for that video man, that helps me so much. Did you weld the angle iron to the container on the outside of the container?

When assembling the frame do you use the rough opening size of the window to allow for positioning or no?

Great videos! Thank you for sharing your knowledge. May I ask how you fasten the windows and doors to the angle iron frames?

There should be a nail or screw flange around the window and you can use a self tapping metal screw to screw the flange to the metal frame. Good luck!

Greetings! Thank you for sharing your work. I'm planning to do similar job, just wonder to put the frames from the outside so that the container remain its outside dimensions 8n case of transportation/shipping. What are your thoughts on that?

Seems like that would work, as long as you had a way to attach the windows from the inside.

Trying to figure out how you attach the window with the metal put in the way you did. I would think having the flat part out would give you something to screw into. Can’t figure it out. Thanks for sharing

Check my container part 1 video. I show it there. Screw the metal frame in to hold it and then weld it to the container. Let me know!
