My ear doctor has a suction device for earwax, on a bigger level though. My brothers ears are always so waxy so they use it on him. When he was younger the sound of the suction scared him and he would scream the whole time his ears were being cleaned. Now that he’s older he’s okay. Still doesn’t like it but doesn’t scream anymore.

I actually prefer the over the ear earphones. I use Bose. My ear canals are oddly small so ear buds and plugs either don’t fit or they hurt.
