I work in a nursing home. I give the older folks a toothbrush with toothpaste while they are in the shower to be sure they brush. They can spit on the floor of the shower. Saves time & otherwise they wont brush. I also end the shower with them washing thier eye glasses in the shower. No use putting dirty glasses on a clean face 😊

I learned a very valuable lesson once with windshield washer fluid. lol I live in the northeast. I put in some inexpensive fluid once, not realizing it was not rated for winter. I still had some in my reservoir when winter got here. I was heading into the city during a snow event, and tried using the washer fluid to clear my windshield...nothing came out. It was frozen and could have made for a very dangerous situation. So my suggest, if you live anywhere that gets below freezing, make sure the washer fluid is rated for colder temps. Lesson learned for me!

Oh my, I hadn’t heard about the Grand Rapids stores. I’m in Royal Oak, I’m praying for our stores not to close, but we have several in a 15 mile radius, so I’m not so hopeful. I’m just worried for the employees. 😢

I am an assistant manager at Dollartree in Marion, Iowa, and I spoke with my DM. I was told that every year, Dollartree closes down some stores that are just not bringing in enough profit. Believe me, I get asked at least 50 times a day about the stores closing. By the way, you are amazing. I enjoy watching your videos. Love seeing Otis also...

It boils down to people stealing let’s just put it out there. They’re still opening new stores that’s what nobody’s talking about. They’re not just closing stores. They’re closing nonprofitable stores with high shrink and other issues.

We keep a toothbrush in the shower but use it to swish the water out of the metal tray thing at the bottom of the shower door. We just keep it in the tray. This prevents so much water dripping on the floor.

I,live in Detroit, Michigan and between Dollar 💵 General, Dollar Tree 🌳, and Family Dollar. These have been closing permanently due to being located in the inner city of Detroit, due to theft and they also have been closing unprofitable stores permanently. 19:27

I absolutely LOVE the basket with your IKEA plant in it. Your other two baskets would be a perfect size for potpourri. JMO 🤷 Also, I saw a DIY using the bubble balloon. The balloon, 2 dowel rods taped to the balloon. One dowel on each side. Then it was placed and attached to a plastic basket with Easter grass, candy, plastic eggs and a stuffed bunny rabbit. It was a hot air balloon Easter basket. So adorable. All of the items were bought from Dollar Tree too. The Grip flossers are wonderful and your beach bag OMGOSH I want one too. My hubs got me a beautiful diamond painted kit for Christmas a few years ago. I haven't started it yet because I've been trying to finish a cross stitch i started 9 years ago. Yep, 9 years! Its by Heaven and Earth Designs and its called "The Nativity". Very involved piece. I'm very close to finishing it now, so the diamond piece is next. Of course I haven't been working on The Nativity constantly, life and other projects have gotten in the way. Lol

I have only one Dollar Tree and only one Dollar General where I live. Hope those stay open. Dollar Tree I get a ride to as needed. Dollar General is three blocks away and within walking distance. Cool stuff. Hello Otis!

Have a couple of those wooden bins with the cut-out pattern on one side. Planning on glueing them to a piece of wood I will be putting on top of some small drawer bins for teas. The bins will hold strainers for loose leaf tea.

Careful of the small round fan. I got several one year and one ended up so hot in the battery area that I was concerned it was going to catch fire. Beware. I am sock crazy. Those are great finds. Love to you and Otis. He was just adorbs.

Hi Jamie. I know people say hang that disco ball off of your rear view mirror. Please don't do that! When the sun hits the ball it can be blinding and dangerous to other drivers. In some states it is against the law to hang anything off of the rear view mirror. You always have nice hauls. Oh and your sister can order bulk party items from DT for your nieces wedding. I use the hair color from Dollar Tree every few months and I’ve never had a problem. I love the fact that they don’t have a harsh smell like other dyes. I also get compliments about the color. JMHO.

Part of the fun about dollar tree, is everything was a dollar 💰 the magic is gone. I grew up in the 90s and we had a 99¢ store. I remember it was floor to ceiling. Super high quality stuff too, back then. I wish I could go back in time 😒

I have very close friend who's whole entire family uses the toothbrush in the shower only. Also I think you look very handsome with the little salt and pepper in your beard however if you want to try it just to see if it works great but don't think you need it. I just saw the crab meat at my local Dollar Tree store but did not pick it up. I picked up lots of their tuna and Alaska salmon. The flower boxes I have also heard you could use those as holders for your paint brushes or makeup brushes or anything you can think of. They are very Universal. Which surprises me that somebody Dollar Trees are closing since they are opening so many Family Dollar / Dollar Tree stores in the state of Iowa. I have watched several KZbinrs talking about this and not talking about this on the closures so I guess we will have to wait and see!

I use imitation crab with onions, peppers and seasonings. Cook in skillet til onions and peppers are soft. Use like stir fry. Use with rice sometimes

I've never been in business or worked in finance, but I've never understood the concept of taking on a floundering business. It really made no sense to my pea brain. Seemed like they were just delaying the inevitable. I have no research to back that up. Just a gut feeling at first glance. I could see if there were an emotional attachment, but usually in business emotions aren't considered. I always feel bad when a business that has been around for years closes, though, whether I frequented them or not. I sure am glad the LORD ain't like that! Broken things mean a WHOLE LOT to Him!❣ He specializes in putting them back together.😊 Where would all of us be without His mercy?!

Hi Jamie, I wanted to give you a tip that my girlfriends that dye their hair dark, use Vaseline around their forehead to prevent any dye getting on their face. With a beard, I'd probably suggest putting the Vaseline on your face with a Qtip. Looking forward to seeing you next time with a dark beard, and not a stained face. That said, I believe that most, if not all of your followers, think that the little bit of grey just adds a dash of debonair to your appearance. It hasn't hurt George Clooney's fan base. You're obviously a much younger man, but with a dash of sophistication. 😊

I didn't see any from TN. We have a lot of stores in the middle TN area alone. Even in my very small town. I have an hours drive to work and I have a good 8 easily to get to, and a few more with just a few mins drive from me to Nashville area. So, we have lots!!! Hope we keep most. Hope they quit raising prices though
