I have noticed that you are starting to have more to say and what you said in this video was really inspiring. I know you type it out because you’re keeping with the ASMR though like the time that you sang a little without thinking (which was very relaxing) you could talk quietly or whisper. I wanted to thank you for your advice about experimenting. I use scrapbooking as a form of therapy because I lost the ability to do all the other things that I used to do to distract myself from pain. I bought many many beautiful things and now I feel kinda overwhelmed because, 1) I'm a beginner, I'm nowhere near the kind of beauty that you and others like you can achieve. 2) i'm afraind I'll just waste things. 3) I don't know where to begin from. I have been doing a little bit of this by doing bookmarks or cards, now i bought a journal and I'm a bit scared of the white page. Very relaxing to watch. One suggestion, get a bone folder instead of using your tweezers to 'smooth' or burnish your items down onto your page. A bone folder works so much better (and will sound much better too)!

Do tweezers actually help put stuff down or does it just look good for the video? I feel like i have a harder time with tweezers

I think - at least when I’ve used them for paper crafts - it’s more for being able to clearly see what you’re doing without hand getting in the way. I had heard people say that for TINY stickers they use in journaling they help put stuff down. I’ve also used them for gluing fabric in collage because otherwise the it can cling to EVERYTHING and the tweezers give a smaller, more rigid point of contact. (Given that soft fingertips may slightly deform with pressure and provide even more surface area for fluttering glue-covered cloth to touch down on.) But I’m sure it depends on personal taste as well.
