It's the sounds that are made while placing and picking the pictures, etc, that go into the journal Eg, ripping the paper, drawing your hands and nails down the paper ,tapping the gems, ripping the back off the stickers, scratching the paper with the tweezers to name but a few.

This is great but still lacks one's own handskilled creativity, I like writing down my thoughts, calligraphy, making miniature arts along with creative journaling. That seems more asthetic rather than shopping stuff and only cutting pasting.

I understand what you're saying, however, what you're describing is a different type of journaling. Hence why there's often debates, so to speak, on the terms Journaling vs Scrapbooking. What she, and many others, creates is more so under the umbrella term Scrapbooking. Some even use the term Creative Journaling, or as seen here, Journaling. Each of the terms have often become interchangeable over time. In my opinion, I don't see her work as lacking anything, since what you describe in your comment is a different form of creativity all together. To each their own and there's nothing wrong with that 💞💞

I agree somewhat. If all you use is mainly stickers then what have you really created other than a sticker book? With that being said some of those sticker pages are really creative cause they make scenes, they aren't just putting down random stickers on a page. I use stickers in my creations but I also make quite a bit of what goes on my pages. Either way is neither right or wrong. Whatever makes you happy and appeals to you is what makes art so awesome. My husband says all art is beautiful cause it came from someone's heart even if it's not to your taste, it's still special cause someone took the time to make it!
