That was epic Crumble. The “should be doing this/that” section of the vlog is so true. I’ve been on the receiving end of those comments 😂😂
@EpicMotorcycleAdventures6 жыл бұрын
It's so true how people say you should be going faster. How about no. sometimes you wanna go fast and scare the shit out of yourself. And sometimes you just wanna chill and take in the view. You make a great point, why would you wanna get hurt and throw 17 grands worth of bike in the hedge?
@TheCrumble6 жыл бұрын
I think it's about doing what you want to do. It's took me a while to stop listening to every Tom, Dick and Harry who thinks they know everything about ADV bikes and riding them and just enjoy it. And yeah I really don't want to get hurt!! :)
@EpicMotorcycleAdventures6 жыл бұрын
The Crumble I was the same at first. Bought a GS. Started taking it off road, without tuition, and vlogging my adventures. At first I worried what the “keyboard legends” would say but now I don’t. Now I just go out and have fun. So just keep doing what you’re doing mate, cuz you certainly sound like you’re enjoying your adventures

Hi Crumble; bizarrely, I’m going through exactly the same thing. I’m fed up of buying bikes and so I’ve decided to purchase my CB1100 RS, instead of taking another new bike on, via the PCP route. In the summer of this year, I also bought a 2001 Honda X11 (un-faired Blackbird) and restored it. That’s me done and now I’m happy. Glad you’re enjoying Dave, they’re great bikes. Have a great weekend.
@TheCrumble6 жыл бұрын
The X11 must be a great bike! Nice and comfy but with all that lovely torque! Yeah I needed to get of the hamster wheel of finance and just settle with a bike.

Nice vid Crumble. That first trail Plungar to Barkestone is really nadgy. The second one going to Brainstorm our is ok until you get to the bottom of the hill in that wet clay. I stop there sometimes to collect clay so I can fashion a desirable pot when I get home. Please tell me where that last trail is. It like the one at Colston/Buckminster but not sure. Be warned brother, now you've started to add the mods, it's very hard to stop!! (Just ask my wife!!) If I may, I would recommend a bash plate from SW-Motech, and also a set of Trax panniers (very strong), also from Motech for touring. Remember mate, it's only money!
