Awesome video, love dim sum! I have it almost everyday for brunch since I work close to my local Chinatown. One of my favorite dishes has to be the beef or shrimp wrapped in rice noodle, that's a staple!

My favorite dim sum are the pan fried shrimp chive dumpling, bean curd roll and fried taro dumpling. I like to dip dim sum in hot Chinese mustard, chili oil and red vinegar.

I am Chinese so I am very loyal to dim sum lol. Some of the ones u got were my faves til I became allergic to shrimp which destroyed my food life! But there are still other dim sum dishes that I can eat. But let me just say, I want my last meal to be my fave dim sum dishes bc I won't care about my allergic reactions then lol.

Dumpling Sauce. I use soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, green onion. Haven't made it in a while so I may have forgotten something. The vinegar makes it sweet! No sugar required!!!

Dim Sum is good. I like the turnip cake, and Bamboo rice that is pink and has a dried plum in it that my local Chinese Restraunt makes. Easily my top two favorites.
