Hey, I really enjoy builds thay u use on deathblade and reaper, had a lot of fun testing them after today's patch and love the fact that they are slightly different than most of the guides. Do you maybe know any good shock scrapper? Can't find any interesting build, they all feel stiff ://

MI is viable. what people recommend is MI 3 RC 3 Adrn 1 with master elixir set. They are 1% better than KBW 3 Adr 3 EP1 build.

I see a lot of people only now run 1 blue skill on Sura to maximize the identity gauge gain for the highest ceiling. Thoughts?

Whatever build you choose, total time to get intos sura has basically no big difference . With lvl 10 CD gems, that root build takes 21 sec to get first sura, slightly shorter with conviction+judgement. This one takes 23 secs, 4/4 root build takes 27 secs. Since you can't just use identity right away in real raid scenario I think it's just on preference level.
