Good to see your mum didn't raise a quitter. Shes still there in your heart and memories driving you forward and helping you be the best Kevin you can be. Every day is mothers day with just a thought and thanks in her direction. Loving your content and the Cutlass build. Go in peace and keep the black dog far behind you. Kevin, thank you for sharing life with us, being vulnerable about some hard sad times in life ain't always easy to share. Sounds like your mum was is important to you and she was a real loving mum to be round. Having Cleet, a friend closer than a brother is a good mate, to carry you through tuff times. Kevin you have a great caring, gentle spirit, what a great man, father, partner, friend, boss you are. You will rise up on wings of eagles, you will walk n not be faint, you will run and not grow weary. God bless.

My Mom passed away from cancer almost 14 years ago. It hit me really hard and I was also in a dark place for a while. I could talk to her about anything. So happy for you Kevin that Garrett helped you through that difficult time. I just try to live one day at a time and try to make the best of what comes my way. Have a great Sunday my friend👍

I remember when my Mother passed and I was having a tough time. I called a friend who had lost his mother many years earlier and asked him when it got better. He said he’d call me when it happened. Your Mom is special and she will always be in your heart. So remember your Mom on Mother’s Day and you folks who can, please be sure to see or at least call her. You’ll be happy one day that you did.

My mom passed May 17, 1999 - still miss her everyday - she lived with my husband and I for 12 years while she went through medical issues. As long as you remember those who we've lost they are still with us. Make sure you call those who you love and let them know how you feel about them! Another great video Kevin, thanks for helping me get my car enthusiast fixes!

Thanks for sharing your story Kevin. My wife and I lost both our moms one in 2012 and the other in 2015 both to cancer. It’s ripped the center from both our families. Missing the small things are hard to deal with on days like today. Mostly my kids not groaning up with grandmothers is prolly the hardest of all. Hug your loved ones every day everyone. We don’t get to keep them forever and the time we do is always too short. Take the opportunity whenever you can to make memories that last and relish the little things as those are what’s missed the most when they’re no longer around.

My condolences to you Kevin. I know all too well how you must be feeling. Over the last 10-11 years I've lost everyone on my father's side, two people on my mom's side (grandmom and uncle)..all due to cancer, and my sister (suicide) was the most recent one this past Easter. Big hugs man. It's rough going through this. Please know, your mom is proud of you and your decisions and accomplishments. You do great work and you're thoughtful and very meticulous. Which is hard to come by these days with most people. Maybe at some point if I'm ever down that way for vacation or something, I'll stop through and say hello, have a beer or something if you have time, talk all things cars, show you my ride..etc. Ive Been following you and cleetus for a while now. Great content with both of your channels. Keep your head up. You have people who care quite a bit for you and what you do.

Good advice Kevin. I lost my mom to breast cancer when I was 16...and lost my dad when I was 20. I did CPR on my dad for 30 min after he had a stroke. You don’t stop missing them, but if you look close in the mirror, you get closer to them every day. You honor them best by being comfortable being yourself...the object of their love as you love your daughters. Blessed all around.

Each person's journey through grieving is as unique as a snowflake, and no-one can truly appreciate what you and your kin are feeling, even today. Everyone says that time is a healer, but it never really heals the gaping wounds caused by the loss of someone very special, yet it will narrow them and lessen the pain. Even after many tens of years there are times I am vividly reminded of and miss my parents. But mostly I now smile at those moments. Treasure all the memories you hold, and celebrate your Mom's life every day; I'm sure you do. Think on that nothing goes away until it has taught us what we need to know. What that is and when we learn it will be a revelation to each of us.

Hey buddy. Good work. I’m a car builder. And a race driver. I’ve been watching you since you started and I’m impressed with your ability’s. You are very good at what you do. And you put the time and effort into your work and I think it is very worth it. You are your guys put everything into your work and it shows at the end of the day when you’re work drives out the door! I closed my shop because of customers here in Australia just want to shortcut and try and get out of spending money where it needs to be spent. Just cheap skates. And when some thing fails because they turn their shit up against the recommendation set in the contract agreement. Then blame me for their stupidity. So now days I just build cars and sell them to make money. And I build them to how I would own them. And I know that every single car is built to the quality as if I’m going to own it. I’m trying to get my own KZbin channel up and running. A lot of work and I don’t have a job like you. So I take my hat off to you! Keep up the good work buddy you may not see the worth yet but I do.
