I'm just goin' through a shitload of random rap videos on You Tube. With having my masters degree in music, I'm really tryin' to keep an honest, open mind about rap, and I just cannot get into this kind of music to save my life. I think it's the fact that the majority of rap ain't played with people, playing real musical instruments. BUT, I really do see all the effort and skill required to make this music, so there's that, that I respect about it. Now, somebody conjure up something groundbreaking that'll really blow my mind to make me wanna like this style of music.
