L&D nurse here! The more babies you have & ESPECIALLY the more cesarean sections, the greater risk of uterine RUPTURE! Basically you & the baby can die within minutes. You bleed out internally. Her first physician was not wrong. She was educating her, as she should!

what i bet happened was the first dr. told her this risk, and was very blunt and straightforward with it. kyra didn’t like that so she went to a different doctor. many other doctors. they probably were more beat around the bush and “but it’s just a possibility, and you’re healthy and blah blah blah” which is why she said she’s okay now. just my guess🤷🏻‍♀️

As a woman/mother whom had 4 c-sections , my ob/gyn when I gave birth to my last child I was bleeding out and dying because my uterus was too thin to give birth via c section a 4th time, when I was back in my labor delivery room my Dr came in and said I almost died because a woman's body naturally is really only meant to withstand 2 c sections and my body underwent 4 of them i was 23 my Dr said that if I got pregnant again and gave birth I would die she didn't say maybe she said I would die and that I had to get fixed so 6 weeks later I went into surgery to get my tubes burned, no more kids for me I'm now 31 really GRATEFUL my Dr was so honest with me. I'm really worried about kyra having a 5th c section she's really putting herself and baby in danger, all for content views and money .... She SHOULDN'T be allowed to keep having kids she needs to stop pro creating immediately if she loves her kids and wants to be around for them. Also I was awake for all of my c sections they really try not to put you to sleep for it anymore unless they have to has to be very serious for them to put you out for a c section these days you're usually awake. I can say with 100 percent certainty kyra is lying , her pregnancy is more high risk than ever she's in denial she's selfish and she has no idea what she's doing to herself and the baby! It sounds like her doctor was letting her know she would not be doing any more C-sections on her after the 4th due to liability issues if things go wrong. Shes at a higher risk of complications with multiple c-sections. She most likely took the conversations of the risks as a warning that she will die when its just a risk. Its very hard to find a doctor in my area that will perform a 5th c-section. They do not feel comfortable with the risks, and that sounds like a very smart doctor.

Just to be clear the risk associated with tattoo while pregnant are allergic reaction and infection. However they are very low. But it you get either it's very bad as they are super limited as to what they can do. That said, it's a tattoo. She didn't need it or have to have it she choose an experience for "fun" over her preborn child. Also any license tattooist will not tattoo a woman who is pregnant. So either Kira didn't tell her (most likely) or the tattooist didn't care.

I had a c-section, and you can feel it to a certain extent. I could feel the cold in the operating room inside my stomach, I could feel them moving my organs out and around (not painfully, but you can feel it, almost like a pressure or a scraping, it’s hard to describe). After the c section is the weirdest (this may happen with natural birth as well) but you can feel your organs going back into their spots or making room again, it is the strangest thing I have ever felt inside my body, our bodies are absolutely amazing! 🥰💕

My first baby was a csection and for my second baby, they were so concerned about my uterus rupturing and told me to try and improve my strength down there to minimize anything. I was able to do a VBAC in the end because of the work I put it. She’s nuts to say that there’s no risk when we have a ratio of 5:1. I seen multiple doctors because it was a co-op obgyn and all of them said there always a risk after csection, it just depends on timing and of course the patient’s medical history.

YES, it's high risk. Once you've had 2 c-sections any other pregnancy will be C-section. After 3 doctors will have concerns. 5? That's A LOT. There is so much scar tissue on her uterus, she could have a "window" uterus that could rupture at any time. She is seriously rolling the dice with her life.

I just saw on the news. Lady died because she had 2 c sections and tried to home birth her third and her uterus ruptured. So tragic! 😢 We have had 3 home births now but I've never had a c section ! Kyra us stupid

The other thing is that even if her uterus looked good last caesarean- there is no way to know if there’s adhesions and excess scar tissue until they cut into her again! What a crazy roll of the dice I’ve seen women after 1 c section with crazy scarring and adhesions(internal) and then women after 4 with next to nothing, but given her previous complications, the fact that the first was an emergency situation and that she had them in such close succession, it’s added risk

There are some Drs that will attempt a VBAC, I spoke to a number of them after my daughter's birth and an unplanned emergency C-section. Every single one I spoke to had strict criteria for attempting a VBAC, one of which is the number of previous cesareans as well as the hospital facilities and staff, there has to be a certain number of anesthesiologists and a NICU.

​@@BitsyP I considered trying a VBAC in 2011. At the time there were only 2 doctors in Vegas that would do them, I think only 1 hospital would allow them, and they were required to have a full surgical team on site for the entirety of the labor and delivery.

I live in the upper peninsula of Michigan so it's crazy rural up here, the closest Dr was almost 2 hours away and part of their deal was that I'd have to relocate to their town by my last trimester. The implants go UNDER the chest muscle (can be on top of the muscle also: depending on your body type, how you want it to look and CC's which means size) while the milk ducts are ON TOP of the chest muscle so, the two do not interact. But, that said, they are cutting the breasts and there will be damage which means it can affect the milk production.

I don't know about where you are, but here in the UK, they don't go under the muscle. There's no need. That's apparently only for very very thin patients who don't have much to cover it (so I heard from my surgeon?) Here they are just placed under the skin. They interfere with nothing, don't touch the milk ducts. I imagine if anyone has had a problem after implants, they would need to question their surgeon! I breastfed before and after having my breast implants. They alter nothing 🤷‍♀

I had a C-section my very first pregnancy because my son was breach and i didn't have enough amniotic fluid for them to turn him. When i got pregnant with my second, I could have chose to have a v-bac(Vaginal birth after cesarian) i chose not to because i didn't personally feel comfortable doing one. So i chose to have another C-section. I was told by my doctor that you shouldn't have more then 3-4 C-sections. What she's doing is SUPER dangerous! I'm surprised her new doctor is okay with her having a 5th one.

My take on what’s going to happen when she goes to have this baby: She’s going to lose a ton of blood, they’re not going to be able to control it, & they’re going to have to remove her uterus to save her life. I hope she has a safe delivery but this is the outcome for a lot of mothers who have more than 4 c sections.

I wonder how many people don't know that Kyra's house has 4 bedrooms, not 3. There's a post on Reddit from about a year ago with photos of the inside of her house from one of those homes for rent websites. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs(her and P's). Kyra also mentioned a "guest bedroom" in a Q&A she did about her new house about a year ago. So for a whole year she kept it as a guest bedroom.. Probably for her dad when he visited which was maybe a handful of times.. while keeping her 3 girls crammed together in one room when she could have given the oldest girl her own room..

I had placenta previa. It was complete, which means impossible to have the baby unless it was c section. My husband saved up to have his vasectomy that year to protect my life. I'm sad about not having any more children, but my 7 year old sweet girl needs her mama more. If she dies, she leaves potentially 5 kids behind, if her youngest even survives. It IS high risk. The bleeding can start and be as fast as turning on a hose. The baby usually dies if that happens, and quickly, mom dies. But the weird thing is my OB also never told me that it was a high risk pregnancy. I treated it like it was though, and chose to rest as much as possible as soon as I found out. I was having Braxton Hicks early and until I had my first incident at 32 weeks, nurses were mad at me for not Knowing I was having contractions... I didn't know I was and didn't know what it felt like. They gave me a medication that is typically used for high blood pressure, and every time I had to take it 20 minutes later on the dot I would get really light headed, I felt like my blood was bottoming out, and I felt panicked for at least 10 minutes. Hated it!!! My baby was born by c section healthy at 34 weeks after a 2nd incident while in the hospital. Thankful for my insurance covering the hospital stay and I could be there during the last couple weeks so my baby could grow strong and healthy.

38 weeks with implants here. They do not hurt me personally despite some growing. From my understanding, the implant is placed under the muscle & all of the…plumbing for breastfeeding so it doesn’t really affect things that much (generally). EDIT: based on what my doctor has told me, there are plenty of women who can breastfeed with implants

That's very true but I guess what I was getting at wasn't so much having the kids share rooms if they were ok with it, but rather having the oldest siblings paired up with a much younger child encroaching on their very limited privacy. As we have seen Kyra bought a much smaller house, so the way I was thinking about that is feeling like they finally got some space of their own again only to have it imposed on my the new child. I guess I'm thinking more about the adjustment of the fact this is the first half sibling and child with Preston. He has only been seen as a step parent, but now he is going to have to balance loving his own child the same as Kyra's children. Otherwise it's going to create serious favouritism and resentment which will certainly grow and become an issue if forced to share a room. By no means am I blaming the kids if that does happen though, that's all on the parents. But hopefully that helps explain what I was meaning. I think that's very sweet that you have kids with such a close bond and is wanting/ willing to share a room. I can understand your concerns about school for sure but I'm with you. Give it a try this summer and I hope all goes well for you.
