How To Make Neon Lighted Kids Costume for Halloween | DIY

What costumes will your children be wearing this Halloween? This year I decided to make glow-in-the-dark costumes for my children. I took old black hooded jackets and joggers and stuck neon gloving wire with a glue gun and hidden the switch and batteries in a pocket. Now after trying them on, boys can't wait to wear them for trick-or-treating.
