And a lot of people include at least some evidence in complaints as exhibits or even in the body to support some of the factual allegations as preemptive defense to a demurrer/motion to dismiss. (Practicing civil litigation 12 years) ETA: see how the counter suit has actual block quotes from the site’s provisions in the body of the complaint to support the allegations. That’s what you would expect to see in a well written pleading. Of course there are form complaints but even w those on a cause of action like the ones asserted by the plaintiff you would still have to allege the facts to support the elements.

Turned out the reason was he was with his "ex" any time he was away, and she found out when she went to surprise him and caught them in the act on a work trip down to London. She was supposed to stay with him after the work event for the weekend then come back up to Scotland on Monday. Fortunately her work provided hotel accommodation for her instead til she could come home. For one: Soul Mates do not exist. There is only the person before you and sticking together takes work. The idea of "soul mates" is one of the big reasons no one stays together. It fosters this idea that if things arent easy, "natural", etc then they clearly are "the one" There is no "the one". That said, it is the height of foolishness to upgrade a known and proven traitor to spouse. People that do so earn their own misfortune and I feel no sympathy for them.
@GenXfrom75Ай бұрын
@ I agree to a point. Who we commit to is a decision. It should be a meaningful one. My husband and I choose every day to be the other’s priority. We have been together 23 years, married for 20. We’ve been through hell and back with each other. I can’t say we were fated by destiny to end up together… but some incredible things had to happen for us to meet in the first place. And when you know, you know… and we knew. We’ve been together since our first date- which was really just me giving him a ride home one night when his friends weren’t ready to leave the bar I was working at, so since I was sober, I volunteered to give him a ride home. He invited me inside and we sat on his couch talking for hours upon hours, all night. We just clicked and that was that. Now for my grandparents, seeing them together one may have changed their minds on the existence of soulmates. You’ll never convince me that THEY weren’t born to be with each other. Born in 1911, not married until 1944! They were both 33 years old when they wed on June 16, 1944… having my mother in ‘47 (they were 35) then my aunt in ‘49 (at age 37)… unheard of back then!! He passed at 97 in ‘08, with Gimma being the only family member papa remembered. She passed 3 weeks shy of 107 in 2018… in the home they shared for close to 70 years. Yeah, they were soulmates.

She won a man who by her own admission attempted to totally deny her existence to save his marriage who did not want her. And she’s a “life coach” with no actual qualifications. She peaked 15 years ago when she “won another woman’s husband”. Having a man blow up his life and have no other option but to crawl to her was her only life achievement. That’s why she keeps bringing it up and dunking on the wife 15 years later. She has accomplished nothing in life but getting a husband who never willingly chose her and convincing herself it’s because she was “better”. Chelsea and Olivia are so obsessed with the spouses they hurt with their actions because the man isn’t even worth it. If it was just about the affair being “true love” there would be no spying on Kristen, carrying out the affair while she was sleeping in the room, and using her toys (😷🤢). There would be no rubbing salt in the wounds of the ex wives years later. That is all unnecessary but they did it because they wanted to. They don’t get any fulfillment in themselves or their own relationship. So they need to hurt other people intentionally because that is what it’s about.

"Conversation" is an old euphemism for sexual intercourse that is obsolete except as part of this term. ok back to the video knowing i am going to angered by these people and their lack of morals and ethics. back again... a contract can not be entered into where an illegal activity is taking place Sixteen states in the USA still consider adultery to be a crime, as such if the website is teaching people how to commit adultery ... well then it is teaching people how to commit a crime in those states, does not matter that they might not currently charge for it, it is still on the books, and as such any contract to protect would not protect when a crime is being committed... now that is something for local lawyers to argue over...

If your spouse is giving you less affection (sex) because they are having an affair, you can literally sue their affair partner for damages. So pretty early on, I yelled that's what a therapist is for, because that's what a therapist is for. But going with the fact that therapists are bound by laws to protect their clients, and coaches aren't. Yes, that's absolutely true. A life coach of any kind is not bound by any privacy, which means that any of their session notes or anything that is discussed can be subpoenaed therapists or any other professional that is bound by those privacy laws, don't have to worry about their clients information getting leaked out, because there is so many things protecting that relationship. Now there are ways around that, the most common is a therapist is a mandated reporter, so if you are saying some things and the therapist genuinely believes that you are going to hurt someone or yourself, they do have to report that stuff to make sure that the people are protected, but besides some very extreme situations, anything you say to a medical professional, which includes therapists, it's legally protected, and if that gets violated, their avenues to seek damages. People like this woman, who encourages you to be a piece of crap essentially, is it bound by anything except for the general laws that everyone else has to follow. So unless there is a contract saying that they aren't able to disclose information, you could tell them whatever and they can tell the entire world without penalty. I mean you might be able to sue for emotional distress or something, but for the most part there is no accountability, and since they're not licensed, you can't prove they have any proper training, which is something you get when you get a therapist. They have proper training, and know how to help people, whereas a coach like this just will steal what they think, and some of them definitely don't have your best interests at heart, and others might just not care regardless if they're not actively telling you terrible things. A therapist doesn't have to like their clients, but they do have to treat them with a certain level of care. There is a system to make sure that what is supposed to happen, happens, or if there's an issue, there is a way to resolve that issue.
@jaklumenАй бұрын
This is why the last life coach I worked with has a day job as a community MH therapist. Wife has worked with her too. She keeps that therapist confidentiality as a coach. Even if she's not legally bound to do so, from what I've seen, she does, and I made an official testimonial for her as such.
@Shadowgod1000Ай бұрын
@jaklumen I'm not saying that all life coaches are terrible, but the thing is just because she's also a therapist, doesn't make you a therapist client. So if someone finds out that you're just going to her as a life coach, and they have a case against you, or if the cops are trying to put a case against you, they can go to that life coach and subpoena or get a warrant for that information, and she can't hide behind client confidentiality. As a therapist, there is very little that can compel that information to be released, it has to meet specific criteria, and it rarely does. So no matter how honorable the life coach might be, they don't have a mandated level of protection.
