Med school is really hard, and I definitely feel stressed and overwhelmed quite often! I think it's helpful to force myself to take breaks, that definitely helps me find balance :)

She's in Canada. I'm Canadian as well, we do have 3 yr programs located here but I won't point them out for the sake of her privacy haha. Needless to say Hannah you live in the place I was born and raised in! (Moved elsewhere but still a canuck💜)
