বাজেট পেশ এর সময় সকল পণ্যের দাম কমবে, বাজেট পেশ এর সময় সকল পণ্যের দাম বাড়বে। বছরের মাঝে দাম বাড়বেও না কমবেও না। ক্ষতি হলে পরবর্তী বাজেট এ তা সমন্বয় করা হবে। এতে মাসের প্রথমে পরিকল্পনা করা যাবে বাকি 11টা মাস কি ভাবে চলবে, তখন দাম বাড়ছে - কমছে ও না ফলে মনে শান্তী আসবে, কাজে মনযোগ বাড়বে এতে প্রোডাকশন বেরে যাবে। তাতে ব্যক্তি ধনী ফলে কম্পানি দাম বাড়ালে ও দিতে সমস্যা হবে না। এবং খতি হয়েছ তার প্রমাণ দেখাতে হবে। এটা সুষম অর্থ নীতি । সংবিধান এ আছে। এটা নিয়ে গবেষণা করা খুবই প্রয়োজন। দ্রব্য মূল্য নিয়ন্ত্রণ আনা সম্ভব হবে।
