উজানের পানি কি আজ নতুন আসলো না আগেও এসেছিলো। তখনতো এমন জলাবদ্ধতা হয়নি। তাছাড়া সুরমা কুশিয়ারা আজ এতো স্রুতহীন হলো কেনো? আজ পানি নিস্কাশনে এতো বধিরতা কেনো? তার একমাত্র কারণ অপরিকল্পিত ইটনা মিটামইন অষ্টগ্রাম সড়ক।

চেরাপুঞ্জি তে কী নতুন করে বৃষ্টি হচ্ছে? --- পূর্বে কী চেরাপুঞ্জি তে বৃষ্টি হয়নি? সিলেট বিভাগে বার বার বন্যার কারন, ভারতের বাঁধ খুলে ছেড়ে দেয়া পানি।।

ভাই বাধের কিছু লিমিট আছে, অতিরিক্ত বৃষ্টি হলে বাঁধ যখন পুরো ভরে যায় তখন বাধ খুলে না দিলে পানির প্রেসারে বাঁধ ভেঙে যাওয়ার সম্ভাবনা থাকে তখন হিতে বিপরীত বড় ধরনের দুর্ঘটনার সৃষ্টি হতে পারে তবে ভারত একই সাথে সব কয়টি সুইস গেট খুলে দেয় সেটা আসলে নিন্দনীয় কাজ

কিশোরগঞ্জ অঞ্চলে হাওরের মধ্যে নির্মিত সড়ক বা বাধের কারণে ভারত থেকে নেমে আসা ঢলের পানি দ্রুত নিস্কাসন হতে পারে না, এ জন্য সিলেটে বন্যা। ভারত থেকে পানিতো আর নতুন আসছে না? যুগ যুগ ধরেই তো উজানের ঢল সিলেট অঞ্চল হয়ে সুমদ্রে নেমে যায়।

India cannot control rain.So the solution lies with improved,drainage,river dredginng a polythene,/ plastic free drains.Blamming someone which is beyond their control is not justified.
