Every time someone brings this fact up about his parents being alive and how blessed he is, I always comment as well. My mother passed 12 years ago this month and my dad passed away when I was only twelve and I’m 55 now. Yes Adam is truly blessed to have them both and still close to them. Most of us on his subscriber list are either “one parent alive” club or “both parents passed” club

Any serious pursuit is never perfect, but you've made progress and improved your health, which is always something to celebrate. It's way too easy to not care. I been dieting since Jan 22. I've gone from size 16-6 and 230lbs to 167lbs. I didn't feel like I've lost much weight because I'm able to see myself every single second of every day but everyone else can really tell the difference and you sir have made a huge difference in loss and how healthy you look.

Fit by 50 is not a fail. It is super noticeable how different you look. It's harder for the person themselves to see a difference because you see yourself every day. You might notice little things but it's really others that truly notice. Clothes and belt sizes are always the best indicator. If you are still worried about the belly, that's mostly going to be diet and reducing your body fat %. You'll likely need to split the 1 meal into 2 to help your metabolism and increase weight training.

Here’s to the next adventure of life! Being 46 this year I’ve decided to make some changes. Life’s too short. My parents live in Florida and I live in Texas. I want to be able to see them whenever I want to. They plan on moving north from Palm Beach to Ocala. By 50 I want to be living near Orlando. That’s my happy place ever since I was 3 years old. I too began international travel when I turned 50, not including a couple of years living in Europe 20 years earlier. Since then we make two to three overseas trips a year. Also stopped dressing like a 12 year old, especially in Europe. Just wait til you get that AARP invitation, though. That’s the scary part.

Over the past five years, I have done what you have done and I generally only eat one meal a day. I might have a snack or another small meal, but generally, it’s one meal a day. I feel great, and perfect weight for my height, and I think healthier than I’ve ever been. I’ve been taking all natural vitamins to supplement and some all natural minerals and such. Cutting out anything synthetic that I can. Which is tough, because the grocery stores are full of synthetic foods. Other than that, I exercise every day. At least five hours of. essentially calisthenics. Haven’t hit the gym yet, because I have a pretty bad back and neck… But I’m going to try doing so in the fall. I’ve always had high testosterone count, so anytime that I work out… the results are pretty quick to accumulate. Other than that, just focusing on being positive and trying to live the best life every day. Which is all anybody can do. Treat people the way you want to be treated and love like it’s your very first day on earth. I applaud your efforts and the incredible life you live. I always tell you, the second you’re ready to start a band… Let me know. You have a singer here with a 4 to 5 octave voice waiting for you. I can also play keys and guitar and drums, bass. Have a great day and a great birthday. Hug those wonderful parents for me. As I’m adopting yours as mine have been gone from this earth for too many years. So tell them they have an adopted son. LoL.

Don't worry Adam your controller technique is actually somewhat common for folks who started playing games in the arcade first before playing consoles. Most folks transition to thumbs but if you stuck with only retro gaming like the NES since then it makes sense you'd stick with the same technique.
