They need better coaching at the end to tell Haliburton not to take bad shots or turn the ball over. Siakham getting his jersey grabbed so he couldn't separate on the inbound play turnover was beyond their control. Letting the tying 3 point shot was terrible defense, he was allowed to take 2 seconds to get the ball and set himself before going up for the shot....plenty of time to foul. They certainly threw thst game away.

REGGIE MILLER is on point. ENDGAMES, where pressure is at it's peak, is the most crucial part, especially in a close BIG GAME. The TEAM/PLAYERS who are focused, confident, can negate pressure with mental toughness/strong will to win, maintains composure, will be able to execute their OFFENSE and DEFENSIVE SCHEMES, and WIN the GAME. PACERS made a SERIES of MISTAKES. RICK CARLISLE didn't call a timeout. HALIBURTON choked and made a turnover. Then, he made a crucial turnover on a terrible inbound pass. That's a WON GAME and THEY LOST IT.

This is the Halliburton Pacers' first year getting this far. This is the Celtic's 5th time or so in the 2nd round and beyond. So if the Pacers of this year went against Tatum's Celtics of his 1st or 2nd trip to the playoffs, Pacers would have won. But the Pacers don't have the steel and experience that the Celtics do. They are 4-5 Playoff chances from Boston's experience. Hence the nerves and choking. IF the Halliburton led Pacer's do this in Playoff attempt 3, 4, and 5 in future years then yes they are ultimate chokers. But sadly they gotta go through these growing pains. When did any champs do it in their 1st iteration in big run number 1?
