As a nuggets fan for 34 years and how beyond awful we use to be, this by far is incredible. I can’t stop being proud and celebrating. My dad died last year and I can now say dad they finally did it! The nuggets got one!

By far, the worst offensive game out of the 20 playoff games that Denver played this season - 18% from 3P, 56% from FT line - and they still won that game last night. Denver's defense was dominant when it needed to be.

I am a Nuggets lifer, I am 40 this year. Man I am so proud of the guy, so Happy for Jamal and AG, and Unc.. all of them. This was so fun, the stadium was so loud this year. It's nice to have a taste of that good stuff once in a while.

Good on Dan. "[INSERT TEAM] just wanted it more" is a tired narrative. Typically the team that won the series just executed better, made more shots, or exploited a specific weakness in the other team. Or, as in this case, they're just more talented. These guys are professionals. You think they just mail it in and don't care about the playoffs or winning a title? Mark Cuban's appearance on First Take in 2012 was a revelation for me. It's something every sports fan should watch.

I disagree completely with Dan saying “Denver didn’t change their gameplan” I think Denver’s strength has been their ability to change their gameplan. How they won this series was very different from how they won the previous series, and how they won every other series. They have so many ways they can beat teams, that their strength is adjusting to what is thrown at them

You think people hate Embiid? I'm not agreeing or disagreeing, but honestly I've never heard that. I'm a Denver fan, but I've always liked Embiid (would actually love to see he and Joker have a go for all the marbles next year). I get why people don't like Phoenix (combination of Bookers mouth, CP3's cheap shotting and KD constantly jumping ship to greener pasteurs, plus their situation with ownership past and present).

Living in the hype money ratings clicks aka best of all time era blah, blah, blah.. is it fair to say most teams lack stout true bigs to handle a Joker or Giannis? Thus they appear to be the best ever. No doubt Jokic is an amazing talent, but he’s not Kareem. Shooting nearly 60% partly has something to do with the way he just bulldozes people out of his way. The NBA needs more legit size bigs defensively. That said, what Joker has done is awesome and he is definitely a worthy Finals and League MVP. Also more mid range play is needed. Watching these 3 pt clunkfests is an inferior brand of basketball.
