Everything _has_ to be about him and if it's not he gets upset PS: _Paulie nailed it at the end!_ Billionaires buy teams for relevance, without the sports team nobody cares what they say or do & they can't get their names in the media. That's why Jerry Jones has 2-3 press conferences & radio interviews weekly. Nobody would care about Jerry Jones or listen to anything he said if he wasn't the Cowboys owner

Jerry has been hands-on as a GM since the departure of Jimmy Johnson. So Jerry and his family have picked up considerable experience. The problem is, Jerry's judgement on how to build a roster is impaired. He is his own counsel. He's all about collecting superstar talent than knowing how to assemble a true team.
