Agree with others: this was the best (live) line-up for Therion ever. Lori Lewis, Snowy Shaw, Mats Leven, the Niemann brothers. Saw them on this tour in Budapest, just before or after the Warsaw show... OMG. I still have this concert on my playlist, unforgettable energy.

The Backup Singers were back then actual Members for a/some years, except Lorie Lews the female Singer on the right of stage, she still is a member and lead Female Vocalist. Fun Fact, the Blonde haired male backup singer Snowy Shaw ( in this song backup he also to main) had some songs with King Diamond and Merciful Fate.

If you want to listen to a Therion song that has absolutely nothing predictable, Land of Canaan is ideal. I don't think there are live versions because of their complexity but hopefully you will hear it at some point

At the time of this performance, out of the 4 vocals, only the vocal who did the lead (Mats Leven) in the song was an official member. Currently, the backing Soprano vocal (Lori Lewis) is an official member. Therion used to tour with a classical choir in the past. Therion had tons of recording and touring vocals, and it's a bit difficult to keep track of, who the official members and guest members were.

this was the golden lineup of the band, Mats was absolutely brilliant on stage, such a shame he got fired. after that the band completely degenerated into some kind of monotonous incoherent nonsense..
