It takes about 4-7 years to complete an animated movie because of the complexity. If David is successful and earns enough from distribution, investors (Preferred Unit Holders) will receive 120% of their investment back before Common Unit Holders (Creators) take any profit distributions. After 120% of the investment has been paid to all investors, profits declared by the company will be paid to all shareholders (investors and creators) by ownership.
