WOW.... Many Thanks - This worked for me straight away! I live in the UK and had lots of heavy rain today and this is the first time this fault has shown in all the years I've owned the phone. Does not work for my Galaxy S9 Recon this is Galaxies way to try to get us to get rid of perfectly good phones so they can sell us another. Only success I have had in the past is with a bit of heat over a period of hour(s). This moisture detection is to me a nuisance feature. Just like electric hand-brakes on your car.

Use alcohol. Coming out with a new video once I can get my phone to repeat the issue. But soak it in rubbing alcohol biggest content possible for 30 seconds let dry for 10 minutes, repeat video steps.
