POV Konami : Baronne and Savage are gone, snake eye is nerfed and let's give them back some cool cards ... POV Snake Eye: Ok then, now i'm force to play a ftk version ... This banlist is really bullshit, the snake eye problem isn't solved and now they are trying to ftk, they put back protos (I'm a swordsoul player but WTF), puppet lock is still there (like wtf it's been years now), calamity lock, flunder with harpie's trap ... The only really good thing is Summon limit and Anti spell, but they put back 2 other floodgates . Don't buy rarity 2, the cards will get banned 2 months later 😓

This sounds like a you problem though, the banlist has been great to I'd say a majority of people so far, it's just how you perceive it. The FTK's were always there, or maybe you didn't know enough about the metagame to know they existed, but the reasons for your negative outlook is just showing you might have a weak mental with yugioh in general😅 Maybe try learning some more decks or learn the metagame some more and you'll have some more fun 🙂❤

@@Acholight. Yeah I know i'm a new player but also embittered, but like i said to a friend for the moment i'm playing swordsoul, not yu gi oh 🤣. I agree 100% with you with my mentality and my knowledge on the metagame, and i must grind on DB to learn. But i don't really understand why intead of banning the problems, they ban some cards around that create new problems, like imagine if they ban puppet instead of albion sanctifire, there is still jowgen and other ways to lock ... . But even with those things, I love yu gi oh like never i loved it, I started TCG months ago and i'm becoming crazy with it 😅, playing every weeks, doing WCQ ... Just to finish, Baronne must be banned, all the 3 effects are broken and they do so many things (board break, disruptions and follow up, WTF) but I hate the thing that they banned Baronne while she got reprinted 5 months ago, imagine the day SP is reprinted, you can FINALLY aford it for 10 bucks and she get ban 3 months later ... It's a big FCK you from konami to many players.

​​ @tronaute3460 I totally understand where you're coming from, and from any newer player/budget player trying to get into the game, these allowed you to compete without being price gated essentially. One big thing about Rarity Collection 1 I think should be addressed is that the set is literally a 1:1 reprint set the OCG got (minus Maxx C) and was an overall success, it was only a matter of time before some of the cards in there were hit through a TCG's perspective. The problem overall though is that Baronne has been basically a staple extra deck card for the past 2 and a half years and is basically the catalyst of these "unbreakable negate boards" we've been seeing so much. Optimistically seeing her and Savage gone, a lot of strategies that centered around her (which was a LOT) we'll now see alternatives, even if it means seeing more ftk's running around that Konami can address in the future. The list isn't perfect by any means, especially with Sanctifire still around, but compared to lists we've had before, I'm seeing this as a TREMENDOUS step forward. Sorry for the wall of text too, I just want us to be more optimistic 😅
