From a moving pro, I highly recommend the lawn bags for your clothes and sheets/towels. They are sturdy and can be taped shut for easy packing of a truck or moving pod!

@@angelag669 For the donations, if you have any of the plastic bags with large handles on both sides some restaurants use for takeout, those are perfect for them. I have a bunch of them and I can get a _lot_ of clothes in one bag, stacked roughly a foot high, but they're still easy to carry. It's a nice way to reuse them.

I use the LAWN BAGS as donation bags. They're very large and stand upright and open in our bedroom closets! When a piece of clothing is no longer needed, toss it in there. We used to use trash bags but often got trash confused with donations! 😊

I'm new to the lawn bags... they're paper ! Not plastic. I'm trying to reduce my use of disposable plastics and these should be helpful. I like the idea of using them as donation bags. I've been paring down closet and drawer contents and have found boxes [from Costco and the liquor store] are too small to really be useful.

The “paper bag” shorts are shorts with an elastic waist channel that is offset from the top edge, resulting in an inch or so of ruffled fabric above the waist gathering. This is supposed to resemble a paper bag that has been cinched in, hence the name. IMHO, this style is unflattering on everybody.

I had paper bag jeans, way back when they first became a thing. (Back in the late 80s.) They will give you a muffin top, even if you're painfully thin. Unflattering in the extreme.

I thought the exact same thing when I picked up that sauce at Costco today. I was in Vegas recently and I heard Carbone was really good. When I saw their menu prices, it became a hard NOPE for me! My family has been in the Italian restaurant business for over 50 years. If I paid $40 for a bowl of pasta and tomato sauce, my ancestors would roll over in their graves. 🤣🤣🤣

@@jpjp3873 There wasn't any left at Costco so my brother picked up a strawberry filled tres Leches cake with strawberries on top for about $20. It was really yummy and he loved it. My brother gave Daddy a card that all the guys at work signed. He seemed to like that the best. He said he will be back to work in 2 weeks. He had hip surgery and has been working on building up his strength before going back to work. He was even showing off how many pull ups he can do yesterday. He is that type of old man. Nothing can hold him back and it is our family business he started 62 yrs ago that he can't wait to get back too. We are lucky to have him.

Sometimes, Segway’s aren’t needed like when I started watching this channel. I stop using the regular cart and started using the flatbed cart. Once i started shopping with the flatbed cart we could get all the paper products in one trip without needing two to three carts anymore. The cool thing is Not many folks used them on a Saturday so it helped us clear out our own path! So Regardless of how you shop or what your run into at Costco, I got a clue about those shorts since paperbag’s used to be made as a templates/patterns like the one’s sold at Joann’s or Michael’s in the 80/90s. See before they got all fancy to be sold in stores my grandparents were still trading their original patterns made out on the once “free” grocery store paper-bags from the 50/60s. Today, in this modern digital age this would be considered stealing or pirating at the self checkout if you didn’t pay for the bag “fee.” 😂 I’m glad Costco has plenty of boxes to pack in, because now I need to pack-out my way from this comment thread! 😂

I'm a Floridian so authentic Key Lime Pie is a traditional favorite. I'll have to read the ingredient label... we're fussy. Real Key Lime pie is made of just a few ingredients... lime juice, condensed milk, eggs... and a crust, either plain or graham cracker.

Pro-Tip: Cotco's Microfiber towels are awesome for their price. But with any cleaning towels, they should be thrown out often. They collect little invisible particles that do not wash out. So, sometimes when towels are reused on delicate surfaces, they can actually scratch. This is why Cotco's microfiber towels are such a great value. PS. We love you too!

Hair being stuck to them has become my issue with microfiber cloths. Like, if I use them for cleaning the tub, I find I still have to pluck hairs out of them so I don't use them for anything else (or at least, not those specific cloths).

Knock-out roses are amazing, but don't make the mistake I did. They need serious full sun. I have almost all shade. I bought 5 about 4 years ago. I have two left, the others died. I get one or two roses off of them and that's it for the season. If you see them where they grow in full sunlight they are large bushes and they never stop flowering. They are beautiful but have no scent.

The stadium seats have been improved. We've had the "old ones" for 5 years and they've saved our butts multiple times during our son's football season, but they didn't have the foam seat, which I'll bet is awesome! And that huge, All American chocolate cake which they've discontinued is re-incarnated as individual cakes! My sons and husband are going to be SO EXCITED. It's their all time favorite!

I bought that cooling comforter! I believe you covered it in a previous video and I hunted down one at my local Costco, lol. It's pretty nice, but it doesn't stay cool for long. I'm a person who needs to have a blanket when I sleep, even if it's 300º outside, so this blanket is pretty great for that; it's lightweight and if I roll over to a different spot, it's cool all over again. I managed to convince my parents to get a blanket too and my dad loves it.
