12:15 Sperry Duck Boots are not strange or new. Kind of a classic for over 100 years. Originally invented by L.L.Bean. Maybe it's been mostly a Northeastern US item? And CuddlDuds have also been around a while with PJs and comfy items. "Duds" in this case is an antiquated slang for clothes❤

Cuddl Duds are just that. Duds ( slang for clothes) that are cuddly. They make clothing to be layered under your clothes, like long johns 😊 but thinner and very soft.

Cuddle Duds is a clothing brand. They started out selling thin undergarments for women like insulated underwear (long johns) that weren't bulky. In recent years I have seen shirts, pants and sweaters by this brand on the shopping channels. Haven't you ever heard of clothes being called "duds?" Like your "fancy duds?" I think that's the inference, not something negative like, "that movie was a dud."

We used to be a Sam's Club member and lived within walking distance of the Phoenix store, but they closed down that location. Then we moved to Prescott and started going to that Sam's Club, then they closed down that location, too. Obviously, they don't care if they lose members.

No, hun, duds isn't always negative. It's also an old reference to clothing. My grandparents used to say "get your duds on" when it was time to get ready to go somewhere. Some people also use the word "togs", as in "farmer togs", referring to overalls or jeans or other work clothes.

Those plates at around the 10 min mark crack if microwaved for too long. I tried warming up a Sam’s Club soup for 6 mins as directions instructed and then I heard popping noises around the 5 min mark to find pieces of the bowl in my soup.
