Shito is like a black sauce made from dried shimps and dried fish and pepper mixed together. And it's very spicy.

The "corn fritters" is called "banfo bese". The cassava snack is called agbele kaklo. Shito is that black sauce you usually see on waakye. It's made from tomato paste, blended smoked shrimps and herrings, spices such as ginger, garlic and pepper.
