Love to see the restraint in this beach home. Usually these locations end up with some crazy expensive build which is so overcooked with high end shiny materials but not this gem.

I love this. Although the only improvement I'd make is to manage noise bouncing off those surfaces. I like that it's humble and I like that it's simple without everything blending into each other. How lovely.
