I love watching these videos, not just because it is so satisfying to see the before and after, but because I also get ideas for my own cleaning! But I do want to say this.. to the few negatives, who often belittle the owners for messy cars, remember these: 1. You don't know what that person is having to deal with, it could be a beyond hectic life that leaves little time to maintain it, or that their health is poor (remember not every disability is visible) 2. Its mess like this that keeps detailers in business, so earning an income 3. Without such mess, the channel would not exist for us to watch. I live with a disability that isn't always obvious, I have rheumatoid arthritis, which can cause swelling but even of days where I'm not swollen, trying to apply any pressure on my hands and wrists leave me in agony, so deep cleaning becomes extremely difficult for me. If I had got to the point where my environment was so messy that I needed to hire help, I'd already feel ashamed and low about it, such nasty comments as seen by some on this thread, would push me even lower. No one deserves to be made to feel that way.

@@angelaashford-taylor6036 but you don't have the right to know or judge what someone does or does not do in their personal life and their personal space. At the end of the day, those seen in these videos, are hiring a service (a fab one I might add), giving the detailer an income whilst having help get on top of their car. As I've said in the first comment, we don't know or understand the life these people live, it could be health both physical and mental or they are one of the unfortunate people who are stuck working back to back jobs, to make ends meet and are that exhausted they can't find the energy to sort their car on top of sorting their house. Until you have walked a mile in their shoes, maybe keep your negativity to yourself and if you can't find anything nice/supportive to say, don't attempt to engage with the post.

And as great of a tool the crevice attachment is, I've found when you're working on vehicle carpets with lots of embedded sand, it always takes alot of time and elbow grease to get it all out. If you're open to it, there's a turbo brush tool from Kirby called a zipp brush. It uses a turbine on a vertical axis to spin its brushes in a circular pattern rather than a brush roll on the horizontal axis. I use it on my 03 2500hd chevy and it gets so much more sand and hair out. They're super simple and easy to take apart and clean. And all it takes to keep the bearing lubed is a little bit of graphite from a pencil occasionally. Might make your jobs a little easier when vacuuming!

I've been watching your videos off and on for a year. Tonight before bed my husband and I watched this one 😂 he is hooked! I could see the gears turning on how to clean up our 03 Jeep Liberty before she gets sold to make room for our new Telluride! He picked up a lot of tips

It still amazes me how people can let their vehicles get this bad. I clean mine 2-3x a week even if it doesn't need to be. Can't stand messes. Great job Mitch.

I don’t understand how people can pay so much money for a vehicle and then treat it like trash….so disgusting

Nice vid! A piece of advice; when pressure washing the removable carpets, put them on a high grate so that the water can blow trough easier. When they are flat on the ground you will get some back pressure cause the water has nowhere to go 👍🏼

This was a tremendous amount of work. How much in general would such extreme detailing cost? Very satisfying to see the finished car! Great videos!😁

Does your vacuum have a good filter on it? Is it separate from your household? So there’s no debris floating around in and around your home? You’re the best detailer! Great job! ❤️❤️

Just an FYI for anyone looking to get a steamer, this weekend (Aug 19-21 2022) Harbor Freight has their steamers on sale for $89.99. I spent over an hour reading reviews and the HF brand has consistently better reviews than the McCulloch which costs between 150 and 200 depending on where you buy it, it also has more attachments than the name brand ones come with. So if you want a reliable and affordable steamer get out to Harbor Freight this weekend, after that it goes back up to $125.00

So satisfying to see the results. I've never heard of iron remover. I'm very curious now. Looks like it did a great job!

quick tip use and orbital sander (no sanding pad on it lol) on the carpet it will vibrate lose all the dirt. just try it for your self.

I detail cars as a side hustle. I actually felt bad for you on this one lol. I've been watching your videos for a while now and have never seen the dirt stay embedded on the doorjambs after you pressure wash it. What a mess! I would've told this journey to journey the hell outta my garage lol! Great work by you as usual! Keep up the amazing work!

21:25 It hurts to watch microfibre towel go in this mess😂 I would use paper towel first then microfibre towel. Other than that great work!

Had to watch this one! The first brand new car I ever bought was the exact same as this one. Great detailing job. Mine never got anywhere near this bad. I gave it to my daughter when I replaced it a couple of years ago.

I just bought a 2015 Journey- had been detailed but the floor mats were missing probably too far gone, and those floor bins were missed, gives me a better idea than just sealing them shut.

Unbelievable the mess some people will tolerate. So thankful for rubber gloves and respirators. Such a transformation. Those wells or whatever they are that had the liquid sludge, I would have dumped a bleach/vinegar mixture in, let it soak for a while, and then used the extractor to suck it up, then used the APC and made an exception and used some paper towels to clean it.
