for some reason my controls are all wonky when I fired up Epoch Panthera for the first time. Can anyone give me tips or a video that can help me get started. It's different from DayZ Standalone

All you have to do is simply look up "Dayz Epoch getting started" and you should be set. The main difference is the base building and crafting. Like minecraft, the crafting will seem confusing at first but you'll get the hang of it.

That was his first body. He came back and then got the Mk. 48

then why did he leave it there? your logic is flawed. When we first see him he has the Mk 48 and hes looking for his body. What im saying is he found his body and took the gun from there, leaving the Mk 48 behind. As he is seen later on in the video without a Mk 48 and the body is seen with a Mk 48. Is this clear enough for you?

He did not really help the bandit. He just missed the clues by not seeing the guy kill. It happen pretty perfectly and the guy did not even turn to say a word, he just rolled with it.
