It's so frustrating that most books etc suggest going to the root of the source. I have something like amnesia, for whatever reason, so it feels impossible for me to track where different beliefs started. Great video anyhow and I love all the other suggestions! Questioning the questioning voice seems to be the key.

Since becoming aware of Carl Jung’s ideas they, for whatever reason, resonated with me, and I desired to understand them better. Yet, within my life I never felt I had the time to delve into his work, in, what I felt was, a meaningful way. I believe you have helped me understand Jung’s beliefs in a deeper way. Thank you. I like the question "How does this believe serve me?" It's hard to prove to ourselves if the content of our believes are 100% true. The EFFECT of our believes are very true.

Wow, nothing on all of youtube has ever resonated more than that segment you did on humility. I myself viewed pride as the root of all evil (largely thanks to the Bible/church) and I can't tell you how many years that held me back. Tears in my eyes.
