Frequency shouldn't be a factor in satisfaction. But you do need compatibility between partners. I need some kind of intimacy daily, and full contact atleast 3 times a week otherwise I lose my mojo. I get depressed. I don't need to orgasm every time and as I will enter menopause in the next few years that is a factor that will need to be considered. Luckily my partner is sensual too and giving them pleasure is as satisfying as my own pleasure. Expanding what you do also keeps things fresh. Don't stress about going flaccid, my partner has had orgasms while perfectly flaccid. It just gives me more opportunity to try different things!
