I had thought that Wonderwerk cave gave pretty good evidence of fire and cooking going back 1 million years. I suspect that it goes back 2 million years, but at first pretty sporadic, only gradually becoming more central. Great video. This is one of my favorite topics, and I am starving for content such as this.

They have collected everything I have written including l the existence of a very accurate image of m human body in the brain and its relation to the feeling of some people who have had their limbs mutilated ( the feeling of phantom limbs),…etc in addition to that, the way they differentiate between consciousness type one and and perception lately indicates that the irrational thieves took human thoughts as a reference of truth.

Just as consciousness type two is related to the concept of self, consciousness type one is related to personal identity, which both of personal identity and consciousness type one are generated by self concept. I know that this seems strange, but it is 100% true. However, both types of consciousness will remain merely tools, despite their essential existence.

It is a myth that cooking makes meat more digestible. Most muscle and organ meat is as, or more digestible and nutritious when fresh and raw. Exception might be where bone and gristle makes access to nutrients difficult, and where decomposition makes older meat more risky or unpalatable. Same with eggs and fish. Many or most plants need to be processed with fermentation or cooking to break down fiber and toxins. Large periods of human adaptation during ice age bottlenecks made us obligate carnivores. Pre.Columbian Innuit and other hunter groups are testament to the health of carnivory. No parallel vegan or even vegetarian paleo the groups have been shown to exist for long periods.

this definition of Consciousness is wrong “the quality or state of being aware especially of something within oneself. b. : the state or fact of being conscious of an external object, state, or fact.5 days ago”, awareness is the result of previous conscious process so that conscious being doesn’t need to repeat the exact same conscious process once again! but it’s possible to define Consciousness type one as a process or a tool to recognise the outer and the inner worlds, it’s the exact same process to recognise this text, and it has nothing to do with so-called inner experience because even consciousness type two is just a tool. they even can’t realise the huge difference between consciousness type one and type two, they are good at stealing and polluting human thoughts but they don’t possess the necessary mental capacity to digest and comprehend human thoughts!
