I am also pretty sensitive to criticism (yeah, a bad point) and my modus operandi is how I feel at the moment...but fortunately, it's worked out till now. I have a very awkwardly placed Jupiter in Aries in my chart - it's at 29 degrees of Aries, intercepted, retrograde, opposing my Sun, squaring my Neptune in the first and conjunct my unstable emotional Aries moon. Some of the things you said in this video were dead on. I hate to submit to somebody because I know that if I was in their position, I would do a better job. With my Libra-Scorpio cusp Sun I feel like I know people, know what drives them or how could I inspire them to do something. But as soon as I get in the leading position even for a very short time, I loose all my confidence. Idk it's so weird. I also feel like I never really knew myself, if it wouldn't be for astrology I would be absolutely lost. Whatever, this was just a little rant...great video, Alyssa. I've been waiting for it it eagerly and it didn't disappoint :).

Kristína Mitrová Wow, you and I have a very similar situation! I have Jupiter in Aries at 28° in 1H that is intercepted. It squares Neptune but Sextiles Sun. I almost go through the same thing as you and it’s probably one of the strangest placements I have tbh 🙃🙉

Thank you!!! I'm constantly (nowadays) in a situation where I find myself almost immediately isolate myself from everybody. I'm a Virgo, sun in Virgo, moon in Aquarius, Jupiter in Aries. I always have this thought that nobody (new people) likes me and obviously I overanalyze everything and make myself very quickly believe that nobody actually likes me...so I isolate myself and feel so bad.. I have heard that people get the feeling that I'm very proud or cold, when it's not like that at all.. I guess I'm just afraid that no one likes me so I want to isolate myself before I get hurt. And I know, it's stupid and miserable, I really need to find out how to fix this..

Hey Alyssa, thanks for the video. I've been waiting for this one, glad to see your healthy pretty baby girl! I find that I usually get to a new job and a look forward to be trained and being left alone to do my job the best I can. However, somehow I always end up being asked to be the "expert" and train or being a leader of some sort even though I try to stay low. The reason I stay low is other employees (usually women) get jealous and bad mouth me to the upper bosses and try to ruin my image. Also as a "leader", when I see a new employee make a mistake I calmly help them. However, other upper level employees will humiliate or act neurotic on them and as a "leader" I feel like I have to step up for my employee and help solve the situation. Doesn't make me a popular leader for some people, but I rather be a good leader I can live with.

My sister has luck in the area that I struggle with. She has Jupiter in Aries whereas I have Saturn in Aries (she's 10 years older) She's super confident and possesses this uncanny ability to be her own boss and she has done so well for herself because of it all. On the other hand, I have a very weak ego and low self esteem. It's also nearly impossible for me to completely believe in myself because I'm always shut down every time I try to pursue what I want in my life.
