Thanks guys. A really interesting and informative conversation. There were a number of times I grabbed a note pad to jot down some ideas that I know I will revisit. I’d like to think I’m quite good with making behavioural changes but have taken some very useful ideas from this of things to work with. I love the idea of GPS who don’t want to just give a prescription but want to help people to make meaningful changes by taking more responsibility for our health problems so often caused by what you called diseases of comfort. Thanks again. Sue, New Forest, UK

Thanks, Sue, for such a thoughtful and reflective comment! It's great to hear that the conversation resonated with you and even sparked some actionable ideas. I absolutely agree-behavioral changes can be challenging, but they’re so impactful when it comes to tackling 'diseases of comfort.' The idea of healthcare professionals focusing on meaningful, sustainable change rather than just quick fixes is indeed inspiring. Wishing you all the best as you work on implementing these ideas, and thanks again for sharing your perspective!

I know this is a random place to comment about this but where do you advertise jobs for the doctors kitchen? I have a degree in biology and am super passionate about health, nutrition and helping others and I’d really love to be able to be a part of the company! Thanks 😊

The reason politics is creating such a rift in families in the US is because basic value differences are being revealed.

So. No piece of single advice that is given by the qualifier in immunology, etc, etc, has any use, unless people decide for themselves what is working. What a nonsense ! What a philosophical and epistemological and educational nonsensical statement. And everyday common sense. But the statement makes sell the book. And the book is really about making money. Just be honest with yourself !
