Hands down best interview series I have ever heard with Mr. Hayes. Well done Todd.

Since the 70s I've experienced the same things. I always knew Mr Hayes would continually endure and shine

The wind picking up behind him as he answered was epic.

Much like Anshu Hayes, I arrived to Budo from Tang Soo Do. And like him, I loved Tang Soo Do, but there was something missing. Budo has helped me address the shortcomings my self defense techniques.

Also a former student of Tang Soo Do, my instructor is now the Grand Master! I would not be surprised at all if he still remembered my name, too! He is a great instructor and I learned a lot from him. I have the utmost respect for An-Shu Hayes and Sensei Norcross, I'm glad I had the opportunity to train with both of them!

Thank you for sharing these interviews! They are a blast of fresh air from the superficiality that makes up much of today’s culture. ✌️💛🙏

I think that we live in a universe where perception and intention dictate what actually happens. My belief is that when you die whatever you envisioned happening is what will occur. You are a creator of your own reality, whether that be in this life or the hereafter.
