Next year could you post a couple rounds of Christmas dinner ahead. We have transitioned from bring a fdidj, to making appetizers, now we are doing full blown Christmas lunch/early dinner. I had organized family but who aren't cookers. Can you help? Couple of easy meats like rib roast, tenderloin, or seafood. Dish or two of things that go on the side.

Hi!! I have a question about the hot chocolate. I tried to make it, and for some reason my chocolate never fully melts or incorporates in the milk and cream. I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I also don't want to burn the milk and ruin the whole batch. Do you know why this might happen? I love white hot chocolate and really want to try this recipe!!
