Best way to fix the PC would be create a windows installation usb using your working computer then plug it into your pc that isn’t working boot it, choose the usb as the boot device instead of the normal drive and use the usb to reinstall a fresh windows image onto the computer using the usb

@iamcedreacts You can use windows creation tool to create an ISO image and set up your usb as a bootable device

get the windows media creation tol (wich is free) and make a usb drive with it then you make it boot form that usb drive then it will put you on the intall sofware (all you need is your product key)

find you a local pc shop you like ...not a chain find a mom and pop shop they will do grate work at a good price and remember you and your pc if troubles happen agean

first, can you get into the boot menu? (it usually says "press F5" or something when you first turn on the PC)

I can reach BIOS but that's it, I don't have a windows key either lol
