How to paint a Dot Mandala Stone using Paint Bottles Full Tutorial

In this video we'll make a dot mandala stone using paint applicator bottles, for thick, plump, dimensional dots. While some of the footage is missing (due to late night bleary eyed recording) all the heart is still there... Did that work? Not convinced that was good writing. Does anyone read this? Hi Rachel! So what’s the difference between painting with the bottles vs cones? Seems like the bottles are easier.

It's a personal preference. There are some artists that love using cones and some love bottles. I like bottles because I can mix in them, change out the tips, store them forever in the bottles, and I don't have to make my own cones. I was bad at that. They're so fun to play with, you'll love painting with thick dots no matter what you prefer😊

how do you clean each of the tips you are using between different colour paints?

You wash the tips out with water. I use an empty bottle as my water bottle to squeeze clean water through the tips when I’m done using them.
