I also think she has gotten better at it as her show has gone on, because she has WORKED at it and focused on being a better and better talk show host. In the first weeks she was a little rough around the edges in her interviews, but over time she has learned to use her natural gift of empathy in this new context. At this point she's a really brilliant interviewer. That gift of empathy is also what made her such a talented actress, and I'm so delighted to see it flourish in new ways.

Babysitters for Mia found Allan would take off Dylan underwear and smell and breath on her private parts. Many saw him doing weird things like this and he'd claim to be checking her diaper or underwear to see if she'd wet them but they'd find she had no underwear on. They also said that Dylan would run to them and acted very scared anytime Allan got near her. Another woman came out, claiming to be Allan's secret lover which started when she was 16 years old. She said he'd make her do drugs and have threesomes with other, "beautiful young girls" all of which were underage. After 8 years Allan ended their relationship saying that Christina was too old for him. At this time he had Soon. She also claimed he'd groomed Mia and many underage girls into sex partners. It's not just allegations. He was in therapy for having nude pictures of Dylan found in his house. He was fighting for custody but he actually wasn't even allowed to visit Dylan. The pediatrician that examined Dylan and first filed the rape case against Allan had dna evidence at the in the place Dylan said she was assaulted. Not only did they find Allan's hair but his cum on Dylan underwear tucked in a box. He was found guilty but due to Dylan fragile state, this never went to trail. They also hooked Dylan up to a lie detector and found she was telling the truth.

First I looved how Dylan was fangirling over Drew, I also loved how Drew apologized to her, talked about her experience and gave the solemnity to this issue. It also called my attention how Dylan was surprised her family supported her, because in my opinion (after watching the documentary) Mia Farrow is to blame too because she was prioritizing HIM, even after she made the accusations. And also, this has nothing to do with the interview, but I think Dylan and Vanessa Bayer look sooo much alike, both beautiful.

@@yayitahermosa5841 he was exonerated by two long investigations done by The Yale New Haven Department of Child Sexual Abuse, and The New York Department of Social Services that both concluded it didn't happen,he passed a lie detector test administered by someone that worked for the FBI and the military,while Mia refused to take one. The prosecutor didn't bring charges because he knew there was no case. That's good enough for me. Dylan can still sue Woody in civil court, the statute of limitations is not up. The burden of proof is lower in a civil trial than it is in a criminal trial, so she would have a better chance of winning the case, she would be vindicated and become a multi millionaire. Why doesn't she do it? Because she knows she will lose, just like the prosecutor knew he would lose. It's much easier to convert someone on Twitter. The "documentary"is a one sided hit piece filled with tin foil hat conspiracy theories. Please take some time and really research the case, don't just believe a dumb movie that was made by two liars and smear merchants trying to cash in on the Me Too movement.

Soon Yi is the adopted daughter of André Previn and Mia Farrow. Woody Allen never lived with Mia and her children, and married Soon Yi 24 years ago when Soon Yi was 26. At the time of the alleged abuse, the Yale-New Haven Hospital investigated the case, and after speaking to Dylan came to the conclusion that she had been coached by her mother. The Connecticut State's Attorney investigated the allegation and also didn't press charges, as well as the New York Department of Social Services that found "no credible evidence" to support the allegation. Moses Farrow, Dylan's brother, says he remembers Mia coaching Dylan to say Woody abused her. Mia is a monster who took child support from Woody to raise Ronan when she knew full well that she had cheated on Woody, and that Ronan was Frank Sinatra's son. Mia Farrow is a psycopath that abused her children (according to two of them) and warned Woody she would get her vengeance for being nothing more than a woman scorned because her ex-boyfriend married her adult adopted daughter who she allegedly abused (according to Soon Yi). Do your research Drew, or get back to working with E.T.

I must say this is a compelling argument. I'm not completely secure as far as an opinion because I wasn't there and so there's no way that I can know what happened. However when watching Allen versus Farrow I did have some thoughts. One of them being about Roman Polanski and the other about how she confessed that she never stopped seeing Frank Sinatra ever since they were 1st together. Those 2 things were not included in what was supposed to be a neutral documentary. It is obvious that Ronan is Sinatra's son and not Woody. It sounds like from the documentary that Allen was not the best at being in a relationship and so they both did crappy things. That's just kind of what it can be like in an unhealthy relationship. Because of those 2 main glaring red flags that I mentioned, it isn't too far fetched for me to believe that she may have influenced the situation with Dylan.
@rl12345
@rl12345 3 жыл бұрын
@@BeautyIsMyLife Adding to that, Woody always made it clear he never wanted to marry her or live with her or have kids with her and he did see other people while he was with her. Knowing this she still stayed with him, and still tried to convince him to have a kid with her thinking this might get him to marry her. Then one day she's "suddenly" pregnant. And yet he still didn't want to marry her. How outraged she must have been at having been rejected only to find out he was sleeping with her daughter. That explains the Valentine's Day card and the midnight phone calls of her screaming she wanted his eyes poked out. And then Dylan's "suddenly" assaulted...what does Mia do? She asks the psychologist if she should marry Woody and shows up on a movie set ready to work with him. Totally crazy! Throw in how she treated Dory Previn and we begin to see that Mia is capable of anything...lying and weaponizing her daughter is just a drop in the bucket.

I used to enjoy Woody Allen movies. We own most of them. Not sure I can ever re-watch them. Before you start with all your WA excuses. Just stop. The theme of most of his movies is: VERY young girl falls for much older guy (him). He acted like a father to Soon-yi from the time she was adopted by Mia at age SEVEN, worked on her from a young age, took no clothes pics of her while still with Mia, and fittingly came out as being in a relationship with Soon-yi the second she hit legal age. Creepy, no matter how you try spin it. Dylan has no reason to come out with this, besides telling her truth. All she gains is hate from random people online, who has zero compassion, and would rather trust and support a clearly bad person. I do not care if ONE of her siblings speak against her. Her mom, and most of her other siblings corroborate her experience. Including a price winning journalist who exposed Weinstein. So just, try to find some compassion in your heart, instead of blindly believing an artist that you love. It is OK to love his movies, but despise him as a human.

Right? Manhattan is one of his most famous and popular films and it's only ever described in reverential tones as "an homage to New York." Never mind that it's basically Woody playing himself running around having a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old high school girl.

This is no documentary... its a completely one-sided hit piece, like Finding Neverland. Also the Farrows were HEAVILY involved, which is a HUGE red flag. The piece is not fair at all. Mia is not innocent in all this. Was Woody creepy for dating Mia's step-daughter... HELL YES. But did that send Mia over the edge in their divorce proceedings to go for blood and say the unthinkable? VERY Possible. The doctors at the time all said at the time after interviewing EVERYONE, that NOTHING HAPPENED. She was so young and coached. Do more homework on the case Drew.

Every time Dylan talks the story falls apart more and gets weirder - she mentions having a strange relationship with her mother, and that she didn't even watch the 'documentary' with her mother. What's up with this family? It is disturbed to say the least. And I know why. Dylan knows her mother probably made it up and is lying. Mia knows it too, but she can't bear to tell Dylan. Therefore they have never had a good relationship. Mia is also far more upset that Woody went off with Soon-Yi, then she ever would be upset that Dylan potentially got molested. If you watch episode 4 of the documentary, Mia says it. She says she never brought another guy in the house in fear that he'd go off with another one of her adopted kids. Not that the man might molest one of them. Totally sick. This is an open and shut case. Woody is innocent.

@@bethburger1426 that's nonsense. he didn't make her suck his thumb. that's probably something mia made up once she was trying to frame woody after she found out about Soon-Yi. @@bethburger1426 Actually, more than one person can't collaborate the thumb sucking...the accusation comes directly from Mia from her autobiography. I dont either. and i'm the biggest "believe the victim" person ever but this is the one and only case i just dont believe. i think she believes it happened, but i dont think it did. and this is not in defense of woody because I think he is a pretentious a-hole. and i dont think mia was scorned or did this on purpose either. i think mia thought the worst of him and unknowingly put her own dark ideas into the head of baby dylan who then began to believe her interactions were inappropriate and maybe even imagined things that never happened. this story is too similar to me because i had something very similar happen to me as a child by an older sibling who would ask me weird questions about my dad/uncle and years later when I grew up I came to realize they were never true, just all in her head and she made my relationship with my dad and uncle weird for me growing up.
