my only complaint is why does this smaller excavator have a damn air horn when the pc2000 I ran had 4 electric horns that the drivers could barely hear....not fair

So many haters saying "this guy" one thing and "this guy" another thing. I've got one for ya: this guy is sitting in a PC1250 and you're sitting at your computer. The truth hurts!

I know my comments are years late but this is awesome footage, how many tons were loaded? Keep up the good work. I like the close ups of this material iron ore being loaded and handled by the excavator, with that big bucket.

How many cubic meters for this bucket.

Then what's the excuse for the small buckets, lack of a true dig pattern and not being a smooth steady operation in your dig cycle?

good video!
@rotortilttt10 жыл бұрын
He is working a bit to close to the mashine i think. The mashine is stronger when you dig a bit further away from it. When you do its much easyer to get those buckets heaped, and it gives you a bit shorter lift time to the trucks since you dont have the bucket all the way in under the mashine
@RiverValleyAcres8 жыл бұрын
rotortilttt in the description it says he's near the end of the cut. That's why he's so close to himself I'm assuming.
@rotortilttt8 жыл бұрын
You see the bench continuing behind the mashine so there is no reason for him not to stand a couple of meters further from the edge to increase digging force, easier fill the buckets and shorten cycle time. Its not bad loading but it could be better :)

Hi DDD, I want a go! Thanks for the upload. Have subbed, and its nice to be able to get the radio on it also AND English! Are these trucks getting loaded 63 yards? I am assuming the bucket, as ref ‘7’ yards per bucket? Thanks from a hard core fan of Mining Machines, OK? Take care mrbluenun

@NTMBROGAN5 жыл бұрын
Painful to watch, I run a 1250 everyday or larger, never seen a full bucket mainly because he is sitting to close to his cut, and soon as that bucket it in the box should be already dumping, not lining up straight every time you dump and your cycle times will be a lot faster and trucks won’t be lined up

This guy is working way too close to the machine, and he is a sorry "operator" because he doesn't know how to get a heaped bucket of dirt. I run this type of equipment, so I know what I'm talking about.
@allenbreedlove890610 жыл бұрын
Let's see your operator videos then hot shot.
@RiverValleyAcres8 жыл бұрын
Chess PlayerElite in the description it says he's at the end of the cut. So that's why he's working close to himself you should know since you run this kind of equipment. Also even when you are in the wide open and sitting on a decent size cut you work under you since the cut your on is high and you need the trucks to back up to you close. If you work out far the trucks can't get close enough to you.
