While I agree, you have to remember that if the jury is doing what they are supposed to and have stayed away from any outside sources, they only have what the court allowed them to hear ONCE. They don't get a transcript of testimony and they can't go back and listen to it again.

The aggressive 20-year-old Colin Albert needs to be looked at to verify his actual whereabouts on the early morning of the murder. He had a history of harassing and trespassing on the property of John O’Keefe, lied so easily on the stand earlier in the trial, and there is a photo of him with injured knuckles after the murder. His pattern is to break his fall with his knuckles rather than the palms of his hands, according to his testimony. The adults in the house seemed to be circling the wagons around him, and were very relieved that he said he left the house right after midnight. He needs to be looked at. Everything about him does not make sense.
