@@Bradfordlad-b6n I feared the worst. You usually do when someone goes relatively young, but apparently it was a heart attack or some similar set of natural causes. He loved partying and had done so for the better part of 40 years, and I daresay it caught up with him, but that could reasonably have been any of us. I don't think his lifestyle was all that much different from most people of our age.

The problem with this generation of dressers (I’ve been guilty of it at times) is that it’s too easy to just go online and shop. Back in the day, even when I started dressing in the 90s you still had to go out and look for labels and so it was possible to get something not many people had or knew about. Now I think the only labels to try and get are the Japanese ones that haven’t made it to the UK. I do agree with Kelso I that now there is just a ‘look’. Stone Island jacket /jumper, acquascutum scarf, baseball cap, adidas trainers. It’s boring. I even think some labels pander to the look brands like Weekend Offender and Peaceful Hooliganism real go for it. I don’t think the scene has moved on since the early 2000s. Just realised this has been mentioned in the video I got way ahead of myself. 😅
