Prince, your death left a deep hole in the hearts of so many. Most if us only knew you through your music, but it was written so powerfully that it felt as though we knew the real man that you were. We saw your beautiful persona, your incredible eyes, your mysterious, infectious smile, but we FELT your soul through the music. We experienced your joy, endured your pain, felt your love and your deep losses with you through the music. In the last two weeks I have been feeling sad and on the verge of tears for no apparent reason...and then I remembered, it is April and your day of leaving us has come again. Prince I love you, and miss you more than should be possible for a woman who by the world's standard, never knew you. By some spiritual miracle though, I did know you and believe I will again when this life ends and I step into the light. I choose to believe you somehow know me too and pray that you will be there to greet me with my parents and cousins whom I also love as I enter heaven. Until then I listen to your music daily, remember the joy you brought me, the hope you gave during dark times and try to serve our Creator the best I can. I am so glad you are now free...from pain, anxiety and anything else that torments the human soul. See you soon sweet baby!
