I used to think the same before I started studying Journalism. So as an interviewer one has to intervene in order to keep the interviewee on track. Sometimes celebrities can get carried away and since everyone has a lot to say, the interviewer cuts in. I am always fascinated how one set of people can look at something and see something positive and others look at the very same thing and see something negative. It is mind boggling. There are people who posted that Ellen seems uncomfortable and while others see her as being laid back and enjoying Kevin. How is it that the same video can evoke two completely different views? Well they both cannot be correct. I am going to venture and say since she has had Kevin on her show before that she is not uncomfortable. Not to mention I have seen her behave the exact same way with other guests. Yes he is doing a lot of talking, but as a host I would prefer the guest to talk than to have them sit there and give one word answers to my questions. Talkative guests are far more entertaining.
