I think he is absolutely gorgeous, as is Winnie. Ever since I’ve first seen pictures of people with vitiligo I’ve thought they are very special, beautiful people. Oh, and I have to say that cows are also beautiful creatures and as a vegan I would never consider it an insult to be called a cow, even if someone meant it as an insult.

I hv vitiligo too since i ws 2 and now m 25. It hd been a struggle and still is.I hd been called names confidence level is extemely low. But yeah i do love one part of my life tht i am blessed with such amazing parents and brother. No matter hw much i hv been bullied they alwys got my back.😀

Representation is important it uplifting and encourages people to follow their dreams simply by seeing someone like Winnie and this young man pursuing their dreams despite the challenges they faced. Someone who is in a similar situation would draw inspiration from this two and Know that they can accomplish anything and that something as little as as skin condition shouldn't be considered as a hinderrance. But as marks of honor and pride.

I find it very strange that we breed these very characteristics into our pets; piebald is a desired trait a lot of the time. Yet when people like these two wonderful humans exhibit those characteristics we shun them.....smh. I like to think nature looked at them and said "you...you will be even more unique than the rest. My roommate in university had this or something similar, but it was only limited to his torso and on one side. It never spread farther and he regained most of his color back though it's still kind of visible. Maybe his was one of the mildest cases, I don't know. Another one I see regularly is a guy with a deep dark brown complexion so the patches are really unmissable, and in the 3 years I've been seeing him around (and I see him many times a week), I've never seen him with or talk to anyone. Perhaps he's just introverted!
