If you watched the video you would hear pink say that Willow came and asked to sing with her mom on a song her mom was working on and then afterwards go play lol.

The world could learn from Alisha. She treats every person she mets as if she has known them all her life. No judgement, she sees no color, just all love and respect. As for her being a mom (which to think she is blessed and favored by god) she understands the importance of self expression, She communicates with her children on a refreshing level. Those kids can be just who they are views and all. You can tell some people use their kids like novelties or appearances. There is nothing but pure love and affection for her family.
