That Tequito you've mention in Jollibee is the LUMPIANG SHANGHAI, it is a Filipino deep-fried appetizer consisting of a mixture of GINILING (GROUND MEAT/BEEF) wrapped in a thin egg crêpe. Lumpiang Shanghai is regarded as the most basic type of lumpia in Filipino cuisine, and it is usually smaller and thinner than other lumpia.

The Endless Adventure You are welcome! How I found you guys was actually randomly typing in KZbin ‘Americans driving in UK,’ I love watching Americans complaining we drive on the wrong side or our roads are too small! :-). Then I saw your vlog of you guys visiting Birmingham, trying baltis and curries! Your vlog was so amusing, fun, informed, cute. I instantly took a liking to you both. So I begun to watch all the Birmingham vlogs, then the other U.K. vlogs. It was fun watching you both try clotted cream scones, Cornish pasties, fish and chips etc! I was now really curious about you both so I rewound to watch right from the beginning your first ever vlog two years ago and have been a fan since. You guys have not changed in two years. You both still an amazing couple honestly. Very down to earth & not fussy trying all weird and wonderful things in the Far East. Never heard of you complaining of the lower standards in the Far East. Willing to try street food, spiders etc. (Shudder!:-) I love your vlogs style for its content, having a little bit of food, room, activity reviews. You guys have a talent to make something so mundane as the catching of a bus, coach, taxi, airplane the whole commute to some destination thoroughly interesting! Drone footage is excellent. Little bits of video of petting dogs and cats show your kindness. It really is like a travel show! Please don’t change anything, just keep up the good work folks!

The filipino spaghetti common ingredients would be spaghetti sauce(sweet style), tomato sauce, tomato paste, ground beef, hotdog, and cheese. Some would add to,mato ketchup, milk, or even sugar. Asia tip. When crossing the street do not make eye contact with the driver. If you do he thinks you see him and you have to stop. The spaghetti sauce is ketchup based like most of Asian spaghetti sauces. Hot dogs are made with real dog meat. WTH hamburger is made with dog meat. Chicken is abundant because of the many chicken fights. The moistness of the chicken is due to it being deep fried under pressure in lard. Chocomallo pies are okay but you should have tried the peach/mango pie.
@NoelBerms6 жыл бұрын
The taquito looking thing is lumpiang shanghai; it's a kind of Chinese meat roll that's usually smaller but wrapped differently then deep fried. And since you guys love the chicken in Jollibee, I'd recommend another popular chicken dish from Mang Inasal which is prepared in a traditional way.

I like that Honda 3 wheeled tricycle at 3:05. Like with jeepneys looking like big Mercedes or US Army car, it's all homemade. Jollibee is good fast food. It's amazing how western the Philippines really are where it seems like Latin Asia. Tropical western country... Just think, America owned all 7000 islands for only $20 million purchased from Spain in 1898, but didn't administrate it and no longer use as a base for we have Guam, Japan, Thailand, Hawaii, and South Korea. I'd love to be able to go out there to live and work, but there isn't alotta options.

Jollibee’s chicken is mostly the main reason why people likes Jollibee over Mcdonalds in the Philippines. Try eating this for one meal - Chicken and gravy of Jollibee, Fries of Mcdonalds, Halo-Halo of Chow king for desert (make sure to mix it well don’t eat it as how you get it coz halo-halo means mix-mix) and Rice with sizzling pork sisig of Mang Inasal. Trust me it’s worth it 😶👌🏻

You should have tried the peach mango pie, it tastes heaven, every bit of it up to the last bite. Don't you know that the gravy for chicken joy is not being made by Jollibee, there is a separate company that makes the gravy for them. I met them in the '90s while I'm overseeing the construction of the house beside them.
@jmb83826 жыл бұрын
The three things that you must do in Jollibee are the following: 1) Dip your fried chicken in the gravy. The gravy will take it the next level. 2) Don't tell me you guys missed the peach mango pie. 3) Finish it off with a Halo-halo. Don't forget to mix the halo-halo. These are the three sacred things the you must try if you set foot in a Jollibee store.
